In November 2002 the practice re-located to a state of the art premises within a unique partnership and one-stop initiative, with several other agencies. In addition to two other practices, the building contains, social work, housing, council, information services, community education services and a day centre for mental health. Also on site is a pharmacy.
We register patients living in and around: Broxburn, Dechmont, Ecclesmachan, Uphall Station, and Pumpherson (a map of our practice boundary is available at our reception desk).
